Emotional Paris Memory and England Sticker Collection Legend

Former Real Madrid and Liverpool winger Steve McManaman has shared his thoughts on the upcoming Champions League final between his two former clubs. McManaman, who played for Real Madrid from 1999 to 2003, said he will be supporting both teams but that he has a "soft spot" for Liverpool.

"I'm not going to lie, I'll be supporting both teams," McManaman told the BBC. "I have a lot of great memories from my time at both clubs, and I want them both to win."

McManaman also reflected on his emotional victory with Real Madrid in the 2000 Champions League final in Paris. The former England international scored a goal in the match, which Real Madrid won 3-0 against Valencia.

"It was an incredible feeling," McManaman said. "I had only been at the club for a few months, and to win the Champions League in my first season was a dream come true." McManaman also praised the performance of Jude Bellingham in his first season at Real Madrid. He believes that the 19-year-old midfielder has the potential to be one of the best players in the world.

"He's been brilliant," McManaman said. "He's only 19 years old, but he's playing with the maturity of a veteran. He's got a great future ahead of him."
